Ming Xi Cui
Residential Real Estate Broker
A graduate of HEC Montréal with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Ming Cui has built his real estate practice around three core principles: rigorous market analysis, thorough preparation, and unwavering advocacy for his clients' interests.
His approach is analytical, but his role extends well beyond the numbers. Ming takes the time to understand each client's circumstances, objectives, and priorities in order to develop a strategy tailored to their situation. Whether buying, selling, or investing, his goal is to give his clients an advantage: a deeper understanding of the market, the ability to anticipate potential challenges, and the confidence to act when the right opportunity arises.
Before dedicating himself to real estate brokerage, Ming developed professional experience in environments where discipline, decision-making, and performance were essential. At Intact Investment Management, he worked in business intelligence, focusing in particular on financial data analysis and investment systems. He later moved into operations management with Enterprise Mobility at Montréal–Trudeau Airport, within the largest vehicle rental operation in Quebec. He also distinguished himself on the sales side, ranking among the top performers in the province and contributing to some of the highest client satisfaction levels within the organization at YUL.
His athletic background further reinforced this approach to work. For nearly ten years, Ming played competitive football with various teams, ultimately reaching the highest level of university competition with the Université de Montréal Carabins. In 2023, he won the Vanier Cup as an offensive lineman, concluding his athletic career at the highest level as a Canadian champion. The experience taught him discipline, preparation, and the ability to perform under pressure, but above all, the importance of working toward a common objective and being able to rely on a strong team.
Classical and orchestral music have also played an important role in his development. Trained as a trumpet player, Ming cultivated attentive listening, a strong sense of detail, and precision in execution—qualities that naturally carry over into the way he advises and supports his clients.
At Équipe Lefrançois, Ming places particular importance on the quality of service he provides. He is accessible, attentive, and highly engaged in the details, while also knowing when to be firm in defending his clients' interests. In negotiations, he does not simply accept the first scenario presented. He looks for leverage, asks the right questions, verifies the information, and works to secure the best possible terms.
For Ming, the role of a real estate broker goes far beyond opening doors or preparing documents. It means taking ownership of the file, anticipating problems before they become obstacles, and remaining fully engaged through to the successful completion of the transaction.
It is this combination of discipline, judgment, and determination that guides his practice.
Ming serves his clients in French, English, and Mandarin.
