Jean-Jacques Juliard

Trained as an engineer, Jean-Jacques has built his professional career around analysis, project management, and a practical understanding of buildings. Today, as a residential real estate broker with the Lefrançois Team, he draws on this experience to offer an approach to real estate that is both rigorous and transparent, while remaining deeply human.

His technical and analytical perspective allows him to assess a property beyond its aesthetic qualities alone—to understand its features, surroundings, value, and the factors that may influence a real estate decision. He therefore places great importance on the quality of information and thorough preparation for every transaction.

For Jean-Jacques, however, real estate is first and foremost about people. He places particular emphasis on listening and understanding each client's unique reality: their needs, personal circumstances, concerns, and the emotions that often accompany an important real estate decision. This empathy allows him to tailor his guidance to each individual with care, availability, and without unnecessary pressure.

His knowledge of different markets, particularly in Montreal and the Montérégie region, also enables him to provide valuable insight into the realities specific to each area. His goal is to combine analysis, human understanding, and market knowledge to help his clients sell, buy, or invest with confidence—and make truly informed decisions.
